Bahan kering:
200 gram Tepung terigu protein tinggi
1/2 sdt Garam
4 sdt Baking powder
Bahan basah:
2 Butir Telur (ukuran sedang)
50 gram Gula pasir
50 gram Mentega/Margarin (lelehkan, kemudian dinginkan sampai suhu ruang 21-30ºc)
275ml Susu cair (saya pakai susu cair full cream)
1 sdt Vanilla Extract (bisa juga pakai perasa vanilla)

Recipe:
Dry Mixture:
200 gram High Protein Flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp Baking powder
Wet Mixture:
2 Medium Eggs
50 gram Granulated Sugar
50 gram Butter/Margarin (Melted and then rest until room temperature 21-30ºc)
275ml Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or you can also use vanilla essence)
